Ceiling height is important although not absolutely necessary. Our custom lofts can be designed around almost any garage layout. Our more popular loft is above garage doors, although if your ceiling is 8 ft or less, we can configure a storage system along the perimeter of the back wall or any wall at all.

Answer:
Because we build our storage systems directly into the studs and joists, depending on the size, our systems will hold a minimum of 250 pounds and up to 600 pounds. The weight on the racks must be evening distributed. Our experienced installers use industrial strength lags and stringers.
